Return Policy

In order to return any products purchased from Titanium Professional Hydraulics

please follow these steps.

E Mail your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) request to: please write RMA request in subject line.

Please note: Merchandise will be ineligible for return if: 14 days have passed from delivery date, or if product has been used.

RMA requests should contain Order number, and product model. Do not ship any products back to TPH without a provided RMA number.

When submitting your RMA request include your contact information, containing your e mail address, street address and your telephone number so we may reach out to you if needed.

To obtain a RMA NUMBER the product must be returned postage paid by the customer, merchandise must be new – not used, and in saleable condition. A restocking fee of 10% will apply to all valid returns and be deducted from your refund. TPH does not refund the original cost of transporting product to customers. This cost we will be deducted from the final refund as well.

RMA requests will be reviewed and replied to within 2 business days from receipt.

When shipping products back to TPH the RMA number must be clearly written on box and a printed copy of the RMA received by you, from us VIA e mail should be printed and placed inside the shipping carton.

RMA shipments can be transported VIA carrier of your choice however you must have a proper TRACKING NUMBER applied to said shipment, otherwise proof of delivery will not be obtainable. TPH is not responsible for lost RMA shipments and TPH requests / suggests customers purchase insurance to cover value of product at your expense in case of loss.
