The purpose of offering a warranty is to protect you as the buyer from receiving a defective product. In the case where a product is defective due to production faults you are entitled to a replacement under our terms herein described. Beware that all our tools and equipment are sold as “Use at your own risk”. This means TPH is not responsible for injury, loss of monies or damages of any kind other than replacement of product. Due to the nature of our industry it is your responsibility to insure safety is practiced first and that any user of tools, clamps, rams, cylinders, jacks, pumps etcetera is experienced in its use, application and inherent dangers.

As a manufacturer we make every effort to avoid placing defective products into users hands as it costs TPH money to replace defective product and harms our reputation. In order to avoid such issues we triple test each product TWICE (6X total) prior to completion and packing it.

Truth be told if there were a factory fault it would appear in use right away. We issue a 12 month warranty time period to fairly protect you the consumer, and or final user.

What to do if your product fails during the 12 month warranty time period: It is your responsibly to properly drain any oil and ship the product back to TPH freight prepaid, and insurance for the replacement value is required.

What does TPH do upon receipt of a returned product and why?: TPH actually learns and improves its product quality from genuine factory faults. TPH inspects and tests each product that is returned to us. We will determine honestly and fairly if the product failed due to a manufacture defect and ship a replacement to you. If you trashed, abused, ran tools with a lack of oil, and did not follow routine maintenance i.e. adding air tool oil, priming pump if it does not build pressure, checking and cleaning pick up and input output screens we reserve the right to deny any warranty claim. Our products reach end user’s through many distribution channels and therefore it is your responsibility to fill out the warranty registration card and mail it back to us so we can add it to our database. Failure to do so will void your warranty, so be sure you take the time to mail us the card.

TITANIUM PROFESSIONAL HYDRAULICS makes every effort to assure that its products meet high quality and durability standards and warrants to the original retail consumer/purchaser of our products that each product is free from defects in materials and workmanship as follows:

One (1) YEAR limited product warranty an all TITANIUM PROFESSIONAL HYDRAULICS products unless specified otherwise. Warranty does not apply to defects due directly or indirectly to misuse, abuse, negligence or accidents, repairs or alterations outside our facilities or lack of maintenance.

TITANIUM PROFESSIONAL HYDRAULICS limits all implied warranties to the period specified above from the date the product was purchased at retail. Except as stated herein, any implied warranties or merchantability and fitness are excluded.

In no event shall TITANIUM PROFESSIONAL HYDRAULICS be liable for incidental or consequential damages. The liability of TITANIUM PROFESSIONAL HYDRAULICS on any claim for loss or damage arising out of the sales, resale, or use of a jack or related service equipment shall in no event exceed the purchase price.

To take advantage of this warranty, the product or part must be returned for examination, freight prepaid, to an Authorized Service Center designated by our office. Proof of purchase date and an explanation of the complaint must accompany the merchandise. If our inspection discloses a

defect, TITANIUM PROFESSIONAL HYDRAULICS will either repair or replace the product or refund the purchase price, if we cannot readily and quickly provide a repair or replacement, if you are willing to accept such a refund. TITANIUM PROFESSIONAL HYDRAULICS will return the repaired

product or replacement at TITANIUM PROFESSIONAL HYDRAULICS expense. If it is determined there is no defect, or that the defect resulted from causes not within the scope of TITANIUM PROFESSIONAL HYDRAULICS warranty, then the user must bear the cost of storing and returning the product.
